| Global Goal - 45˚ position |
![]() The 45˚ position is ideal for practising ball control above hip level. The goalkeeper can practise throwing and catching technique, punches, parries and side movements while the players practise headers, throw-ins, controlling play, turns and finishes. Global Goal can be used to improve jumping technique, take-off, timing and balance, and you can practise on your own, in pairs or in teams with several players. In this position, the bottom net with the trampoline effect is used to train ball control and, not least, quick reactions.
